Cocktail or coffee enthusiast and you wanna wow friends and family this holiday season?

This Sweet Potato Pie Syrup is your new secret weapon for lattes, pancakes, cocktails and more!

Recipe:
Sweet Potato Pie Syrup
Ingredients:
1 soft baked sweet potato, puréed
1.5 cups of water
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Splash of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine the puréed sweet potato, water, brown sugar, and white sugar in a medium saucepan.
Stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Once it begins to thicken, add a splash of vanilla extract and stir well
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the syrup is smooth and velvety.
Let it cool, then strain for a smoother syrup if desired
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
